Domain information

• The domain name you choose, or the domain you already own
• For a new domain we register for you, the registrant contact details domain registries require, such as name, organization, email, phone number, and address (including region and postal code)

How you found us

• Campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or utm_campaign)
• The first page you visited and the website that referred you
• Whether you came through a referral partner’s page

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information
• Cookies and similar browser storage

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are securely handled by Stripe.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver ProLaunchKit services
• Create website, logo, and other purchased design deliverables
• Communicate about orders
• If you enter your email on an offer page and press Continue before buying, keep it with the page, campaign and referral partner you came through, so you can pick up where you left off and, where the law allows, send a few reminders about finishing your website launch. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and reminders stop once you buy or unsubscribe
• Register and manage domain names on your behalf
• Understand which campaigns and partners bring us customers, and credit referral partners for customers they introduce
• Provide support
• Maintain the website service
• Improve our systems and services
• Send relevant updates where permitted

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate ProLaunchKit. They process information on our behalf to provide our services:

Service providers

• Stripe, for payments, subscriptions, and billing records
• Supabase, to store onboarding accounts, answers, orders, and uploaded files, and to send sign-in emails for the onboarding portal
• Netlify, to host our websites and process website forms
• Cloudflare, to check domain availability and to register and manage domain names; when we register a domain for you, the required registrant details are shared with the registrar and the domain registry
• Resend and other email service providers, to communicate with you and our team about your order and your website
• Google, to look up your business details when you search for your business on our site
• YouForm, used to collect the kickoff questionnaire and the project information you submit for your build
• Canva, used to create and deliver certain purchased design assets, including the editable templates in the Instagram Launch Kit
• Other hosting, infrastructure, and team notification tools used to operate and secure our services

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our advertising. Meta may receive page visits and checkout and purchase events, together with browser and device information, your IP address, Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc, which may come from a Facebook click ID, or fbclid, in the link you followed), and contact details that are hashed before they are sent.

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our websites: which pages they view, which buttons they click, how far they get through checkout, and recordings of page interactions (session replay). Form fields, your business details, your email address and payment fields are masked or excluded before anything is sent, and we do not identify you to PostHog by name or email. When a purchase is completed, we record that it happened, its amount, and the campaign or partner it came through, linked to your browsing on our site through a random identifier. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, PostHog is not loaded.

Cookies and similar browser storage may be used for:

• Website performance
• Traffic analysis
• Marketing or advertising support, including Meta Pixel cookies
• Product analytics and session replay (PostHog cookies and browser storage)
• Remembering how you first found us (for up to 30 days) and your progress through checkout
• Remembering which referral partner’s link you followed (the partner’s identifier and the time, for up to 60 days), so the partner who introduced you is credited if you sign up

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not store the referral record; only a referral link you follow is credited for that visit.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the website function.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may retain information as needed to:

• Deliver services
• Maintain business records
• Provide ongoing website services
• Comply with legal obligations

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your information
• Request correction of your information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent to communications
